Most people notice things moving within the first day or two. The soluble fiber starts feeding the good bacteria in your gut straight away, so regularity tends to show up first and that heavy, sluggish feeling eases from there. Give it a full week of daily servings before you judge it.

Whenever you will actually remember. Stir a scoop into water, juice or a smoothie, or take the gummies on the go. Follow the serving and preparation directions on your product label. Powders and gummies have different instructions.

That is the usual worry with fiber, and it is why we use organic psyllium husk rather than the fibers that ferment aggressively. Psyllium passes through gently, which is how it helps with constipation, bloating and irregularity instead of adding to them. Increase your serving slowly and drink plenty of water.

Like the fruit on the label, not like a supplement. Super Fiber + Fruit comes in Pineapple Passionfruit, Raspberry Lemon, Strawberry Watermelon and Wild Berry; Super Fiber + Collagen comes in Peach Mango and Strawberry Lemonade. The gummies are naturally flavored raspberry lemon with no artificial colors.

Five grams of fiber per scoop from organic psyllium husk, soluble and insoluble, blended with real fruit ingredients. It is vegan, non-GMO, gluten free, sugar free and aspartame free, with no artificial flavors or colors, and every batch is lab tested.
